Have some Korra Krew brotos (bro photos lol) in anticipation of season 2 (pigs will fly and Jesus will come again before we get an airdate ;_;).
In my head this happens right before they leave for the North Pole and they’re goofing around Air Temple Island with a prototype Future Industries camera (let’s just say they had a decent camera, I mean if they had life-altering plastic surgery).
The finished version of this sketch I posted a few days ago. I may have referenced some actual photos with friends for this, Also, I opted for sanity and screencapped the backgrounds.

If I end up deciding to reference this hilarity I will have to make sure to give credit where it’s due (wouldn’t be the first time I’ve referenced fandom stuff in SRU). This is great and fantastic and…I love it.
Coincidentally, omako was recently commissioned to draw SRU!Korra in her lazy morning routine, so I’m looking forward to seeing that, too.

Can we have just like a hint about Book 2? Not even about the release date just something about Book 2 it can even be like a one word deal I just need sOMETHING
Yes actually. We will be killing off both Katara and Bolin in the first episode because we figure, the sadder you are, the better for us! The reason we will be killing Bolin is because our fans and viewers complained that he had no character development and we figured the best solution would be to just scrap that character all together and start fresh. Replacing Bolin as comic relief will be a plucky former-equalist who is also a talking squirrel-monkey. She will translate anything Pabu has to say, and they two will eventually fall in love and the series will begin to focus on them.
Also Korra learns how to knit!
